Collision Custom Auto Body

Highly recommend this company. They replaced my side view mirror for half the cost of what the dealership was going to charge. Rashad ordered the part, it came in the next day and he fit me in and replaced it in 20 minutes. Super nice people and great to work with. Rashad is the best!

I brought my car in after a bad accident, and the team here did an incredible job. The repair work was clean, detailed, and done right — my car looks brand new. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and finished the job faster than I expected. The customer service was excellent, the communication was smooth, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. If you need reliable, honest, and professional auto body repair, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Custom Collision! After another auto body shop denied service following my breakdown, they stepped in without hesitation and took great care of my vehicle. From the start, they were respectful, professional, and truly understanding of my situation. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and what really stood out was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and anytime I had a question, I could call or text and get a quick, helpful response. That level of accessibility made a stressful situation so much easier. They did a phenomenal job on my car, and I genuinely appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but Collision Custom definitely earned that from me. I will absolutely be returning for any future vehicle needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top quality service!

Best shop in town, let me explain. There are 4 main guys. Rashad the owner, Mr. mike the body pulling wizard, Mike the people person and the paint pro, and a quite guy who was always kind when he did speak. My challenger was trashed, airbags went off, rims destroyed, stuff missing, dents etc $17,500 worth of damage. The insurance told me to find my own shop because their shops were packed. I called custom collision they took the car in the next day. Parts shortages and labor shortages made the rebuild process long but worth the wait. Mike talked to me every step of the way and Rashad drove no less then 400 miles on his own time to get parts faster, he also installed spark plugs himself when my engine light came on. If you’re patient with them and the process you’ll be extremely happy with the results. If you want shady half a** work done go ahead and go somewhere else.
